Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner
Makes 4 servings
20 oz wild caught salmon, cut into 5 oz portions (per serving)
yellow potatoes, small (about 20), halved or quartered
2 bundles of asparagus
avocado spray
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
pink salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp hot honey
lemon, juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 415F. Lay out foil on a baking sheet pan. On the pan, lay out salmon, cut potatoes, and cut asparagus. Season the salmon with smoked paprika, then drizzle with hot honey. spray the asparagus and potatoes lightly with avocado oil and season both with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder. Massage around to make sure it is well coated. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is flaky and potatoes are tender and crispy.
