Amanda Wilson

Hi, I’m Amanda. I'm a rhythm seeker, have a love for nourishing food, and I’m fascinated with the human body and its potential. I live in Northwest Arkansas and I am a mama of two awesome boys. You can find me enjoying all things local from farmers market to live music, being active outside, traveling, and finding all the simple joys in life.

In 2022, I took my knowledge and skills from practicing nursing, back to school for Integrative Nutrition, and now implementing them into a holistic wellness coaching business. Throughout my experience, I have seen and cared for individuals from one health extreme to the other. There is hope that each person is fully capable of not only achieving health goals but transforming the trajectory of their lives.

I want to come alongside to empower you with practical tools, simplified steps, and a holistic approach so you can finally say “I am living it” and be done with the yo-yo cycle of attempt and defeat with your health.

Let's get you well. Let's change the way your mind processes, your body functions, your rhythms perform, and optimize your health for this one body and in this one precious life.

My Approach

My approach is bio-individual, meaning every part of my program is tailored to you as an individual: your needs, biology, history, and goals. In addition, we focus in on four wholistic pillars of wellness: Nutrition, Movement, Rhythms, and Mindset.

  • The goal here is to simplify your approach and empower you to be confident with your food choices. Nutrition is the biggest needle-mover to both your short and long term goals.

  • Movement looks different for all, but what's important is pursuing it in the lense of longevity while achieving the goals you have for yourself. It creates confidence and makes us more durable for this one precious life.

  • The value of rhythms is their function as an anchor to serve our goals and needs. We need anchors to keep us grounded. They provide structure without perfection and give us a baseline to pivot from when our season of life begs for a shift. They anchor us to what is important while allowing the flexibility of life to happen.

  • Without a correct mindset, we will easily allow emotions, circumstances, unexpected events, and setbacks to dictate our decisions, our relationship with food and body, and our consistency. A correct one provides discipline, clarity, and joy and freedom in stewarding our body well.

Wellness for
every body.
